- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our listing rules
02Listings
- You must own the car or be authorised to sell it
- Information, photos and price must be accurate; disclose known damage
- We review listings and may reject, pause or remove them with a reason
- Basic listings expire after the published period and can be renewed
03Buying
Unless a car is sold by TheCars, the sale contract is between the buyer and the seller. Inspect the car, check documents and use a secure payment method. TheCars does not hold or transfer the purchase price.
04Paid products
- Prices, VAT treatment and inclusions are shown before you pay; the terms in force when you order apply to that order
- Promotions and plans activate only after payment is confirmed
- Promotion periods are not paused or refunded if a car is paused, sold or withdrawn
- Managed-sale success fees are due only after an authorised confirmation of a completed sale, under the agreement you accepted
05Partners
Finance, insurance, inspection and export services are provided by independent partners. We share your details only with your consent. Partners make their own decisions; we do not promise approval, eligibility or costs.
06Liability
We work to keep the marketplace accurate but cannot guarantee information supplied by sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law.
07Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date are shown below; material changes will be notified to account holders.
