Every dealer applies online and is reviewed by the TheCars team before any car is published. Dealers marked “Verified” have also had their trade licence reviewed.
Can I visit a dealer’s showroom?
Yes. Each dealer page shows the showroom address, branches and opening hours. Contact the dealer first to make sure the car is available.
Does TheCars handle the payment?
No. When you buy from a dealer, the sale is between you and the dealer. Inspect the car, check the documents and use a secure payment method.
What if I have a problem with a dealer?
Report the listing or contact our team from the complaints page. Our moderation team reviews every report.
