Use the form below or the link on a dealer’s page. Include dates, names and references so we can investigate.
03What happens next
- We acknowledge your report
- We investigate and may contact you for more information
- We take action — e.g. correcting, pausing or removing a listing, or suspending an account
- We record the outcome
04Suspected fraud
Never pay a deposit before seeing the car and its documents. If you think you have been targeted by fraud, report it to us and to the police.
